Paradise Ranch Wines Corp. is one of the world's few wineries exclusively producing Icewines and Late Harvest wines. Our first vintage was in 1998, when we produced 8 varietals of Icewine using over 300 tons of frozen Icewine grapes from the Paradise Ranch vineyards. This represented approximately 75% of the entire British Columbia Icewine grape harvest.
