Wind Sheperd Farm

Wind Sheperd farm is located in Keremeos BC Canada, nestled in the beautifull Similkameen Valley on the Crownest Hwy 3.

We take pride in our goats and can offer you Boer Goats and Saanens which are either registered with the  Canadian Goat Society (CGS) or  Canadian Meat Goat Association (CMGA).Breeding and commercial stock available.

Wind Sheperd Boers is the Herd name for our Boers which consists of Traditional and Canadian purebreds .

Our herd sires were chosen for their good genetic/conformation qualitys which should be seen in the coming years in their offspring.Our Boer does that have kidded previously have good mothering instincts and plenty of milk which are traits that are very important to us here.We even had one Kalahari doe Trixie  born last year ,who is a grade but will be used in our breeding program because she is one nice looking girl and has color !!

Odda Saanens is our small but selective herd of the Swiss dairy breed.

The founding doe Calendula Hill Harmonie goes back though lineage to  Bindaboo Emmy which is the first goat that had been purchased in 1983 by my parents.We had contacted the CLRC and were able to retain the old herd name Odda plus tattoo letters which we had thought had been lost forever.

Wind Sheperd farm was founded in 2007 and started with 30 breeding stock and has continued to grow ever since.
